NEW PRINT RELEASE
Fire and ice… this stunning and wild land couldn’t be better described.
We were graced with this incredible sunrise as we approached the enormous Jökulsárlón Glacier in southeastern Iceland. As this glacier melts, chunks break off into icebergs that float through the lagoon and out into the ocean. The strong winds and rough waves break the icebergs into smaller pieces, which then get washed up onto the black sand beach. These are the famous “diamonds” of the Diamond Beach.
Iceland is truly magical and incredibly beautiful; I hope I have an opportunity to return soon.
